Strawberry lemonade ice lollies

Strawberry lemonade ice lolliesWe’ve been testing a few recipes to find the best strawberry lemonade, and we couldn’t resist freezing some to see how it fared as strawberry lemonade ice lollies. This recipe is the best so far: thicker than usual, easier to make, and neither too sweet nor too lemony. Delicious.

The agave nectar in this recipe is better for you than regular sugar, and means you don’t spend time making a simple syrup, as in other strawberry lemonade recipes we tested.

We added the juice of one more lemon to the original recipe to give it some extra zing.

Try silicon lolly molds like the Zoku brand – the lollies pop out of the pliable mold without any the fuss, and the mold is easy to clean.
